Shipping Methods
If the items is in stock I ship within 24 hours or next shipping day. If it is back ordered or has to be ordered I will notify you via email within 24-48 hours and give you an estimate of when it will ship. I use UPS for delivery or US Postal Service for smaller packages or when I can get it to you faster that way.
Most items are available within 2 weeks or less from my suppliers and some can be shipped directly from Manufacturer within 72 hours or less of ordering. There are some unusual delays in this hobby with new products and you will be notified if there will be an extended delay via email.
International customers: My web site won't allow online ordering but I do accept paypal orders for international customers and Visa/MC from Canada. Note some vendors I cannot ship outside the USA like Celestron, Zeiss, SBIG, Meade (expect Canada/Mexico), and Bushnell. Best to email me if you would like to place an international order ahead of time.
Return Policy
I have a 30 day money back guarantee. If you aren’t completely satisfied or the products isn’t the correct item return it in the products original box and you will be issued a refund check or credit to your card at my choice or you can request store credit. I will not accept returns on DVD’s, Video’s, computer software and CD-ROM’s those can be exchanged only for same item. Or returned for full credit if they are un-opened.
Please email me ahead of time for returns to give me a heads up and if a part isn’t working I can resolve the problem or exchange it for one that will work. I will issue you a return number. Please put on the outside of the box only on the shipping label. All returns will be handled within 72 hours of receiving back at my shop.
